What GigXR is

A teaching platform, not just an app.

GigXR delivers evidence-based, curriculum-driven mixed-reality training that helps students build real clinical skills — assessment, clinical reasoning, communication, and anatomy — through safe, repeatable practice. Hyperrealistic holograms, facilitator guides, and multi-user tools let educators standardize that practice, cut prep time, and scale it across large cohorts.

Who it's for

Built for how you teach.

Nursing Education

Help every student build clinical reasoning and assessment skills — plus the anatomy that underpins them — with repeatable practice that scales across large cohorts, at a fraction of the cost of manikins and skills trainers.

For nursing programs

Health Professions Education

Repeatable, risk-free clinical reasoning that frees your simulation suites and standardizes the cases every cohort sees — including the high-acuity and sensitive ones learners rarely meet in placement.

For health professions educators

Defense / Military Medicine

Scalable, field-deployable combat-casualty training with consistent standards across units. Built for readiness anywhere.

One platform, any device

Immersive training that meets learners where they are.

Run the same session on a mixed-reality headset, on a device already in students' hands, or with no headset at all — in a lab, a classroom, or wherever your program has space. Educators and learners get the flexibility to practice how and where it suits them.

HoloPatient

Standardized patients, brought to life as holograms.

HoloPatient turns lifelike holographic patients into repeatable encounters for assessment, clinical reasoning, and communication. Learners take a history through real-time AI conversation, read the signs and symptoms as they change, and follow the patient across staged scenes. From stroke and anaphylaxis to sensitive scenarios such as sexual assault, it gives learners safe, standardized exposure to cases they may rarely encounter in placement.
