Implementation Options

ON-SITE

GigXR will travel to your campus to deliver in-person, on-site training. This approach is good for institutions new to immersive technologies who need a higher-touch implementation.

REMOTE

GigXR will train you over a series of zoom calls. This approach is good for ``training the trainer`` with technical or simulation staff on your team.

How Many Days Should You Consider?

You may choose from two-, three-, four- or five-day options. The proper on-site training duration is dependent on the number of people who will need to be trained and the number of headsets available. Training sessions can have 6 trainees at a time. Each trainee will need their own device.

Days Capacity
2 days 12 trainees
3 days 24 trainees
4 days 36 trainees
5 days 48 trainees

Remote Training

GigXR offers remote training over Zoom. This approach may be appropriate for you if you have:

Team members that are familiar with AR or VR headsets

Technical staff that can act as trainers within your organization

Smaller group of staff that require training

We find that limiting these calls to 6 people ensures that all attendees receive ample attention to learn best practices
